Meditation for Personal and Global Healing:
Doctors, health practitioners, universities, and even insurance companies are now recognizing the practice of meditation as a means of creating a more positive, healthy and enriching lifestyle. But meditation is much more than a simply tool for helping people reduce stress, or improve our physical, and emotional well- being. Meditation is a spiritual technology which can ignite a powerful personal and global process of healing. In this presentation Dr. Andrew Vidich will present evidence which suggests meditation can not only positively transform our inner self but also foster a revolutionary change in our societal, governmental and religious institutions. By connecting to a universal global consciousness through meditation each of us can “Be the Change We seek”, as Gandhi put it. Participants will be guided through a first-hand personal experience of meditation which is the secret to profound personal well-being and global healing.
